Activities: implementation of a model for the inclusion of students with special needs in the education system, implementation of research, promotion of students’ education, motivational activities, educational seminars, therapeutic services.

Applicant: Kaunas District Municipality Administration.

Project goal:The pursuit of inclusion, change and innovation brought the partners of this project together in a common goal. The project partners, representing the educational, cultural, social fields and involving non-governmental organizations, will implement a new model for the organization of innovative education and coordinated provision of educational assistance, social and health care services. This will increase the inclusion of pupils with special educational needs in the education system, promote the education of pupils by providing coordinated assistance, increase their motivation and seek to reduce the number of early school leavers and non-graduates in Kaunas district. The implemented model offers students mobile coordinated support, motivational activities, educational workshops, various therapy services, virtual tools for educational support.
